Greg Bloss has called Kauaʻi home since 2003, when he and his wife Kandi traded Colorado for the Garden Island and never looked back. In the two decades since, Greg has guided hundreds of buyers and sellers through every kind of Kauaʻi transaction, twice ranking among the island’s top 20 agents out of nearly 600 and regularly finishing among the leaders in homes sold, not just dollar volume. He’ll tell you the second number matters more.
As a longtime Broker in Charge who led two island brokerages to the top of the market, Greg has seen nearly every way a transaction can go sideways, and his clients benefit from his knack for spotting a problem two steps before it surfaces. In 2026, he became The Agency’s first agent on Kauaʻi. He lives in Kapaʻa with Kandi, his wife of 37 years.
